Program Description: JTDI is a multi-tiered system providing secure, bi-directional transfer of technical data including logistics, maintenance, and engineering data.  JTDI is a formal Navy program supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines.  JTDI’s system consists of two production Top Tier data centers, hundreds of worldwide Mid Tier servers, and thousands of worldwide Client Tier devices (i.e., laptops).  Aranea is responsible for the development, fielding, and sustainment of the Joint Knowledge Caching Server (JKCS), JTDI’s Government Off–The-Shelf (GOTS) software that performs the data movement between the JTDI tiers.

Functional Area 3.2 Performance:

Coronata Systems Experience

Program Description: Joint Technical Data Integration (JTDI) is a multi-tiered system providing secure, bi-directional transfer of technical data including logistics, maintenance, and engineering data.  JTDI is a formal Navy program supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines.  JTDI’s system consists of two production Top-Tier data centers, hundreds of worldwide Mid-Tier servers, and thousands of worldwide Client-Tier devices.  Through multiple contracts, Coronata provides Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk support, web site support, system administration and fielding services including wireless installation and training.  Coronata operates the 24x7x365 JTDI Service Desk.  Supporting tens of thousands of registered users across all branches of service, the Service Desk receives 800+ service requests per month and resolves over 70% on the same business day.  Through the Service Desk, we provide initial contact with customers and content providers, logging of Service Desk tickets, and solution of problems.  Coronata resolves technical issues between deployed locations and the JTDI Top-Tier and provides general support required to maintain deployed locations worldwide.  Coronata’s Service Desk is an essential component to the flow of up-to-date technical data to aviation maintainers.  Assisting users aids in the transfer of information where it needs to be so decisions can be made quickly and efficiently to improve platform readiness.

  • AMSEC provides engineering, technical, design, R&D, ILS, modernization and industrial support for new construction aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78). (N00024-08-C-2110)

Functional Area 3.2 Performance:

  • AMSEC provides lifecycle planning, systems engineering, integration and administrative control functions required for successful execution of aircraft carrier life cycle support during refueling overhaul, maintenance and modernization programs. (N00189-10-D-0026)

Functional Area 3.3 Performance:

  • AMSEC provided programming, modeling, design and drafting support for current Underway Replenishment (UNREP) systems.

Functional Area 3.4 Performance:

Functional Area 3.6 Performance:

  • As a subcontractor to Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc., AMSEC integrated the common Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) software application with the Technical Data Knowledge Management (TDKM) system in support of NAVSEA 08 Technical Manual Publishing System (TMPS). (N00024-C-2103)

  • AMSEC developed reliability, maintainability and availability analyses in support of new construction aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78). (N00024-08-C-2110)

Functional Area 3.9 Performance:

  • AMSEC provided system safety analyses, engineering, technical, design, R&D, modernization and industrial support for various classes of submarines. (N00024-10-C-2102)

Functional Area 3.10 Performance:

  • AMSEC provided configuration monitoring and management required for successful execution of carrier life cycle maintenance and modernization programs. (N00189-11-D-0009).

Functional Area 3.12 Performance:

  • AMSEC supported the upload and software integration of Engineering Operational Sequencing System (EOSS) data in TDKM for distribution, and delivered electronically assured prototypes to SEA 21. (N00178-04-D-4091 EHP2)
